LICEL contains a microbial community adapted to the demanding conditions of animal bedding. It sanitizes slurry and animal litter while accelerating the breakdown of crusts and straw.
Regular application to slurry or bedding by sprinkling helps to:
- improve the overall livestock environment and, consequently, animal health,
- increase humus and nitrogen content in treated bedding,
- reduce unpleasant odors,
- promote a physical transformation of effluents, making them easier to handle and spread.
LICEL can be used on its own or mixed with other products such as clays or carbonate-based materials.
